Performs a variety of Human Resources functions including but not limited to; recruitment & staffing, administration of benefit plans, lead orientation training, employee relations and performance management, manage and ensure compliance with HR information systems. Willingness to stay abreast of ADA, EEO, FMLA, LOA and Worker’s Compensation rules and regulations. Act as lead in HR VP’s absence.
