Conduct research to identify the service gaps that are in our community. Assist with the strengthening of our financial stability programs by performing community outreach, and working with our Family Stability Services team to create innovative programs that address poverty in our community. Recruit volunteers to hold financial stability workshops and assist with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. Build relationships with current and new partners working to address economic development. Understand and evaluate the effectiveness of VITA workshops and training. Produce quality reports and data that can be used to promote project success in social media, traditional media, and compiled for federal reporting requirements to demonstrate the anti-poverty and capacity building work being accomplished during the service terms.
