The Resource Specialist is responsible for management of tasks that maintain the integrity of the resource database system as used by Michigan 2-1-1 to serve its customers. The Resource Specialist upholds all standards related to national (Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) database accreditation and implements procedures that ensure a consistent quality service experience for the community.

Bachelor's Degree
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $41,000 to $50,000 per year
