The Individual Giving Director fosters relationships with individual supporters to grow resources, primarily through major gifts. This includes fund-raising through affinity groups which include the Leadership Giving Circle, Alexis de Tocqueville Society and Women United. Additionally, this resource development staff member will play a lead role in the planning, coordination and execution of special events to engage these key supporters. This staff member is also responsible for growing the Closers’ Club, which is a workforce affinity group.
In coordination with the Marketing Director, this staff member uses digital communications to reach broader audiences of prospective supporters outside of the workplace channel to both fund-raise and engage.
The Individual Giving Director serves on a team that is focused on fund-raising through the Annual Workforce Campaign, special fundraising events management and on cultivation of year-round relationships with all supporters in order to meet annual fundraising goals.

Annual Salary: $41,000 to $50,000 per year
