The Case Manager will be responsible for an assigned caseload of developmentally disabled children and adults in the special home placement program. He/she will work closely with other special home placement staff to promote successful home placements through integrated services.
Qualifications:
Requires Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related human services field, licensed in Illinois as a Child Welfare Worker, 1 year experience, and valid driver's license with driving record that meets organization standards.
The ability to speak and write Spanish preferred.
