Easterseals North Texas is seeking a part-time, WIPA Administrative Assistant for the Fort Worth office. The WIPA Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the WIPA Program Director and Community Work Incentives Coordinators (CWICS) with administrative tasks according to program requirements.  This position assists with record keeping, filing, data entry, phone calling, scheduling and other general administrative duties. 

The Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) program is made possible through a grant from the Social Security Administration.  To work in this program everyone must be finger printed and submitted for an extensive, nationwide criminal and financial background investigation.  Any criminal activity, with the exception of minor traffic offenses, is unacceptable.  Any defaulted student loans or evidence of inappropriate fiscal responsibility may be deemed unacceptable as well.  Successful completion of Suitability Clearance is required within 60 days for continued employment.
