The Integrated Service Delivery Specialist (ISD Specialist) is responsible for supporting the growth and expansion of the ISD Network and Family Success Centers. ISD is an evidence-based practice that empowers households earning low incomes to achieve their major economic goals on the road out of poverty and towards economic sufficiency. In ISD, partners build a streamlined and seamless service delivery process to generate both efficiency and sustainable effectiveness over time. In the effort to reduce intergenerational poverty in greater Greensboro and Guilford County, the ISD Specialist will help develop the technology-enabled ISD Network and the place-based Family Success Centers. The specialist will support the Network and Centers through planning, research, data management, relationship building, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is committed to community service and the eradication of poverty.
- Engage in the planning and preparation of the Integrated Service Delivery Network
- Attend and participate in the planning meetings with MDC and United Way of Greater Greensboro (UWGG)
- Coordinate preparation efforts through communication with community stakeholders, MDC, and UWGG
- Coordinate and plan trainings for Family Success Center staff, partners, and ISD Network community stakeholders
- Secure trainings on Integrated Service Delivery, economic sufficiency, and others as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of the landscape of service providers in Greensboro and Guilford County
- Ability to meet and engage existing and new community partners
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills with ability to anticipate, plan, attend to details, and follow-up
- Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data
- Ability to function effectively in a diverse, fast-paced, and changing work environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working collaboratively and presenting to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Internet research skills and experience
Salary: Less than $20,000 per year
