he Assistant Director of Household Stability Initiatives facilitates Collective Impact work for Older Adults & Healthy Aging and Household Stability focus areas. As a “deeper dive” the assistant director also facilitates the implementation of Weld’s Way Home: A Strategic Plan to Address and Prevent Homelessness in Weld County (WWH), in order to decrease homelessness and housing instability through a continuum of aligned services. The work of WWH falls within the Household Stability Collective Impact focus area and is the community’s effort to address the “homeless” and “unstable” focus of a household stability “homeless --> unstable --> stable --> self-sufficient” spectrum. The assistant director ensures that the efforts in all three areas are aligned.
