Summary:The Intellectual Disability Services Program is currently seeking a Program Supervisor to join the Intellectual Disability Services staff team to manage and supervise a team providing support to adults participating in life skills, various volunteer, and leisure activities in the community.
Basic Responsibilities:The Program Supervisor position supervises the program under the direction of the Program Coordinator, directly supervises program staff in assigned area (leads daily participant activities), assists with personal care and direct supports, plans and supervises community outings, requires driving participants to various work and activity sites in the community, work hours require flexibility to match program needs.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred. Supervisor experience required. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities a plus. Must have valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
