- Oversee our database. Run reports and queries, define how people, events, and gifts should be coded, audit data entry, help make strategic decisions regarding outreach, and keep donor info up to date. We have recently converted to Andar 360. Experience with Andar is a big plus.
- Contribute to strategic leadership. Lead, offer ideas, and always take the initiative to help our organization grow.
- Liaise with our board of directors. Communicate regularly with our board of directors and community leaders to help drive fundraising efforts.
- Execute marketing plans. Work on both traditional (brochures, letters, sell sheets) and online (web, social media) marketing campaigns and assist with PR. You must be a strong writer and understand what grabs different audiences.
