This role plays an important part in the fundraising, retention and acquisitions strategies of the agency. A large focus of this role is providing a supporter centric experience. By doing so, it allows our supporters to have a stronger connection with Save the Children.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Initiate and respond to supporter requests by phone, email, social media and mail in a manner consistent with quality, strategy, and production standards that promotes supporter retention and contributes to fundraising while accurately promoting Save’s brand. Professionally and enthusiastically engage and appreciate supporters to assist in the acquisition, retention and fundraising of both current and new supporters. (80%)
  • Process administrative duties and projects as assigned. Track and record all necessary data in Save’s CRM or other data capture program. Perform data maintenance by researching and managing follow-up on assigned files. Perform other duties as may be required. (20%)
Educational Background: 
High School or Technical/Vocational Degree
Skills/Experience: 
  • You have a minimum 2-3 years' years of customer engagement experience in a call center, retail, fundraising, recruiting or sales environment
  • Prior experience with MS products (Microsoft Word) and customer database.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
