Division: Easterseals Rehabilitation Center

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Providing a healthy, safe, consistent, positive & caring learning environment for children
  • Hiring, orienting & onboarding staff development
  • Ensuring compliance with State licensing regulations, Paths to Quality standards & NAEYC accreditation standards
  • Scheduling staff to meet program needs
  • Touring prospective families, monitoring wait lists & ensuring maximum enrollment
  • Supporting teaching staff with classroom management techniques & strategies to assist in supporting children's growth & development
  • Leading parent meetings & planning family engagement events
  • Assisting in meeting program budget projections
  • Other duties as assigned
Educational Background: 
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field.
