Educational Background: 
Degree in areas of development work, development, psychology, or social work.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Previous experience with NGOs.
  • Willingness to be flexible with hours when necessary and able to travel often in the field (30% of the time).
  • Able to communicate in Arabic.
  • Effective in written and oral communication; able to speak and write with a high standard of English and ability to communicate in cross cultural contexts.
  • Computer literacy; Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Relevant experience in case management
  • Personal Commitment to our Lord and Savior Christ
  • Team player with humility, ability to educate those around you on basic social working principles.
  • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to child protection procedures and confidentiality codes.
  • Informed perspective in the fields of interfaith dialogue and cooperation vision and ability to work respectfully with various faith traditions.

  • 70 Per Cent in the field
