Volunteer Engagement Associate

• Help coordinate an ongoing program of recruitment, interviewing, training, referral, placement, and recognition of volunteers.
• Fulfill team leader responsibilities which include pre-project planning, day of project management and post project follow-up.
• Communicate and follow-up with monitor and retain corporate accounts.  Engage in project planning, communications and leading teams.
• Assist the Volunteer Engagement Manager with volunteer recruitment and communications and website management.
• Help match individuals and groups with volunteer opportunities.
• Support the planning and execution of Learn United Tours.
• Help recruit groups and individuals for scheduled engagement opportunities.  Assist in the planning, management, and execution of the National Days of Service program.
• Maintain records of volunteers, and prepare reports on volunteer programs.
• Manage volunteer project supply ordering and inventory.
