The Campaign Relations Coordinator is the point of contact for scheduling United Way speaking engagements for corporate partners during the annual campaign season. The individual in this position will work with Campaign Outreach Associates in assigning speaking engagements and ordering campaign supplies for scheduled corporate campaigns.
This position also entails management and ownership of campaign processes for low touch workplace accounts. This includes being the point of contact for corporate partners to increase awareness and giving. Additionally, this individual will develop relationships with the representatives at the company to schedule United Way campaigns and address needs related to their annual campaign from start to finish.
- Proactively support United Way for Southeastern Michigan (UWSEM) fund development team in scheduling speaking engagements for corporate partners; including providing communications to internal and external staff on the status and follow-up of scheduling processes.
- Responsible for management and ownership of low touch accounts; including day-to-day operations of campaign processes related to campaign supply orders, campaign kick-offs, speaking engagements, education events, program event activities, and collection of funds.
- Attend campaign staff meetings and events, as scheduled.
- Must utilize own transportation for fieldwork (company expense reimbursement).

Acquired Knowledge:
- 1 year experience of customer service in managing accounts; preferably in a fundraising or sales environment
