This role drives strategic oversight and design execution and focus of the digital donation space, including online, email and mobile. Candidate will work cross-functionally across the organization to define digital strategies and initiatives. This role will lead the overall creative vision ensuring that marketing objectives are met and projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below at a satisfactory level:
- Leads conception and execution of strong compelling creative for digital media driven by innovation and focus on digital strategy.
- Has a strong grasp of designing against strategic objectives and the brand with big picture understand of how to connect online/offline creative.
- Demonstrates strong art direction skills in interactive/interface design and possesses a strong sense of motion assets, photography, illustration, typography, color and layout.
- Manages, inspires and develops creative ideas based on input from creative and marketing teams. Keeps team focused on objectives, manages workloads and assignments.
- Provides direction for development of content, photo and video for all digital marketing collateral.
- Drives vision for the execution of brand guidelines across the organization.
- Understands and ensures creative deliverables within project parameters: marketing strategy, brand guidelines, UX design, technical constraints and schedule.
- Provides creative input to influence the development of strategies for marketing plans and UX strategies and objectives, resulting in meeting KPIs.
- Drives and leads agency relationships for outsourced creative if needed.
- Monitors and evaluates competitive promotional activities.
- Understands how design will be translated to developers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Should be able to understand and ensure creative deliverables within project parameters: marketing strategy, brand guidelines, UX design, technical constraints and schedule.
- Should be able to provide creative input to influence the development of strategies for marketing plans and UX strategies and objectives, resulting in meeting KPIs
