The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Digital Fundraising Manager, Peer to Peer for Field Campaign Operations located in Dallas, TX.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading data driven business analytics and consumer insights for the association’s field campaign in order to innovate strategies and build toward $1 billion in revenue. Responsible for partnering with business leads and program managers to develop business solution options and align strategies to drive revenue, donations, recruitment, and donor retention within the AHA. Responsible for seeking opportunities for innovation and growth, evaluating future trends and providing research for new business and revenue opportunities.
- Designs, creates and implements a peer-to-peer digital fundraising model to leverage key digital platforms for the enhancement and growth of donor revenue.
- Researaches marketing and digital engagement trends to align AHA’s mission with stakeholders who will participate in digital direct fundraising opportunities.
- Develops digital interaction and on-line response campaigns and data collection to expand and improve donor traffic.
- Facilitates development and implementation of fundraising communications and campaigns. Develops and executes project timelines and action plans. Negotiates and contracts with internal and external partners across AHA departments, contractors, vendors and consultants.
- Designs measures and reports to demonstrate accomplishments, identify areas for improvement, and track overall increases in revenue and attainment of goals. Evaluates and provides updates and metrics reports to team members, senior leadership, and business leads.
- Collects, analyzes and presents campaign data to evaluate and improve processes and establish sustainable models for predictive success.
- Five (5) years of experience in online/digital marketing, direct response marketing campaigns or related interactive customer relationship management
- Comprehensive understanding of digital communications, interactive media, and customer insight analysis and trending
- Three (3) years of experience or comprehensive understanding of non-profit environments
- Ability to meet and build beneficial relationships with all levels of AHA staff, vendors, and external stakeholders such as volunteers or representatives of partner organizations
- Ability to build and adhere to both strategic and tactical plans
- Ability to analyze and interpret relevant data and use interpretations in the development of campaign models
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
