CRM Production Manager

The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a CRM Production Manager in our National Center office located in Dallas, Texas

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, overseeing campaign build and prioritizes delivery of consumer related e-mail communications. Additional responsibilities include aligning documentation, edits, approval and testing with marketing services, brand marketing, as well as planning and strategy teams to meet the needs and priorities of business units served.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Prioritizes customized e-mail marketing campaigns during the intake process. Ensures all documentation is complete and accurate for the assigned campaign.
  • Gathers assets for creation of email and other digital campaigns, such as design specifications, images, html content, and copy. Routes key assets for review and approval by stakeholders.
  • Conducts quality assurance and testing on campaign build from initiation to final delivery including stakeholder sign-off. Ensures all content and digital connectivity are error-free and delivered by deadline.
  • Creates graphic images and edits content as needed. Provides edits to HTML as requested or required.
  • Delivers campaign performance reports, categorizes results and insights, and recommends action or revisions to strategy. Accesses data and evaluations from a variety of internal and external sources.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, related area or equivalent work experience
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Email marketing experience with understanding of ESPs (SalesForce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget.
  • Experience managing dynamic, multi-asset, personalized email campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience managing complex, overlapping projects, adherence to schedules, and documenting processes.
  • Proficient in HTML, Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to motivate and negotiate with others.
  • Ability to collaborate across businesses and functions and create support, influence wide range of stakeholders, including senior management.​
