Description:

Reporting to the Foundation Donor Analytics Manager, the Donor Data Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining reports to drive fundraising insights and strategic efforts. Evaluate prospect research resources and determine how to best integrate them for tracking and analysis. Under the Manager’s direction, the Analyst assists with and occasionally leads data mining initiatives while collaborating with internal teams to develop and integrate predictive modeling, wealth assessments, and affinity scoring. Responsible for weekly patient imports and other global imports as needed. Additionally, the Analyst helps maintain database integrity.

Estimated salary range for this position is $57630.42 - $74,919.55 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Expert proficiency in CRM systems (Raiser's Edge preferred) with proven ability to create custom queries and reports and to map workflows internal and external to the database. Database management experience required. Experience analyzing and managing large datasets. Experience in datamining and data visualization techniques preferred, i.e. PowerBI, Tableau; MS Power Automate, MS Power Query, and OMatic is highly preferred.  Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; strong attention to details. Experience working in larger corporate organizations. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of solving complex problems independently. Proven project leadership skills. Passion to learn and grow. Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365 preferred, with advanced proficiency in Excel required. Able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-faceted position with time sensitive functions where accuracy is paramount. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
