Basic Responsibilities:

Individual in this position will be responsible for coordinating services provided to individuals with disabilities in an innovative community based employment program preparing participants for integrated community jobs and recreating/leisure activities. Schedules and oversees daily program activities and provides direct service support to Hub program participants. Serves as day to day liaison with community partners. May occasionally be required to work evening hours or weekends to attend events such as open house, information sessions or community events. May need to periodically transport individuals served in personal vehicle to volunteer and recreation sites.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include:

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of computer software, applications and programs

Skilled in verbal and written communication

Ability to exhibit flexibility in work schedule & job tasks

Exceptional organizational, planning, scheduling & problem solving skills

Ability to maintain good public relations

Valid driver’s license & insurance & a good driving record

Reliable transportation
