Job Coach, Project Search Program

Basic Responsibilities:

Part-time position, 25 hours per week during the school year.

Individual in this position will be responsible for job coaching and supporting transitional youth with disabilities participating in the Project SEARCH program at the West Chester Hospital site,  encouraging independent work skills, teaching job tasks/skills and/or assessing individuals work strengths and weaknesses to assist with soft skills and relationship development with coworkers/ managers and program staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year exp. working with persons with disabilities
• Excellent communication & problem solving skills
• Flexibility in job tasks
• Valid driver’s license & insurance & a good driving record
