The Opportunity: Lead brand and content marketing programs.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Lead the national PSA campaign and pro-bono media effort that includes up to $60 MM in donated media. 
  • Create and develop oversee seasonal Feeding America creative programs and initiatives. 
  • Develop and lead content strategy and production
  • Proactively develop manage national media partnerships leveraging them to gain additional brand consideration (i.e. Facebook, Pinterest, Buzzfeed, etc)
  • Identify and operationalize new opportunities to engage public beyond PSA campaign that are low or pro-bono.
  • Elevate create standards across all marketing content.
  • Reviewing strategic research and determining implications on existing efforts and new opportunities.
  • Support local execution of Public Service Announcement campaign.
  • Monitor and support ongoing Brand KPIs and shared MacCom key measures.
  • Lead consumer research to evaluate creative, identify key insights and new target segments.
  • Support local execution of Public Service Announcement campaign.
  • Lead and develop 2 brand and content marketing managers.
Educational Background: 
BA/BS in Marketing or related field preferred. MBA desirable.
Skills/Experience: 
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Experience developing and executing successful national marketing campaigns, promotions and partnership programs.
  • Experience with consumer segmentation, brand positioning and tracking studies.
  • Proven record across number of paid and earned media channels (DRTV, direct mail, online, print, out-of-home, radio, tv) with emphasis on digital.
  • Ability to innovate and creative new programs and processes.
  • Strong creative sensibility.
  • Enjoy working with a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to analyze program effectiveness.
  • Experience integrating promotional campaigns with broader brand standards.
  • Committed to organizational mission of ending hunger.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
