The LCUW is looking to add an experienced Executive Director to its team. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall administration and management of Livingston County United Way, including service programs, fundraising, and business operations. Areas of responsibility include planning and evaluation, policy development and administration, personnel and fiscal management, and public relations.
The ideal candidate will be capable of seeing the big picture while also staying detail-focused and dedicated to keeping all processes running smoothly. Leading a small, highly productive staff, the Executive Director will build upon the organization's strong culture that has been built over the last 40+ years.

The Executive Director, in collaboration with the Board of Directors, creates and implements the strategic plan for the organization. - Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Successful executive leadership experience with another United Way, non-profit or related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage people and processes in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive fund development experience
- Knowledge of the Livingston County - or a similar community
- Ability to develop and communicate a future vision for the organization
