Basic Responsibilities:

 

This position will:

• Support new Therapists to transition into the position until employee has mastered the position.
• Develop systems to facilitate the implementation of successful Therapy services.
• Facilitate effective communication between new employee and current staff.
• Provide observations of therapy activities between therapeutic team and management. 
• Assess new employees’ comprehension and information retention on an ongoing base.
• Evaluate new employee's readiness to be signed off to complete all services without additional support.  
• Must effectively communicate with team supervisor observations and recommendations regarding new employee and implement Supervisor/Director's recommendations into training.
• Other responsibilities as outlined in job description.
