Easterseals is seeking a qualified candidate to lead and manage all aspects of our Housing Programs.  This position is responsible for: planning, budgeting, organizing, implementing and follow through of the HUD 811 housing development, home modification, tenant based rental assistance, and double click programs. 

Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree in business or demonstrated experience in related field.  
Skills/Experience: 

Experience with housing programs and contract administration.  Active license from Texas Real Estate Commission or certifications relevant to home inspection with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.  Must have own transportation with current liability insurance as required by Texas law.  Must pass a criminal background check.
