Manage the Direct Mail House File Program. Meet or exceed budgeted net revenue for the year, provide strategic planning and develop strategic marketing goals for growth across all house file programs. Generate maximum net revenue from existing donors within established market strategy and budget.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Direct strategy for all direct mail house file mailings including:renewal, newsletter, and major donors. Responsibilities include development of new programs and enhancements to existing programs through advanced cross marketing and segmentation strategies.
- Direct all direct mail house file mailings, including: budgeting, research, segmentation, creative planning, and results analysis. Monitor monthly revenue and expense projections.
- Manage multiple relationships with outside vendors, including creative and production.
- Develop new opportunities within Direct Response to create revenue streams or to enhance existing processes with the goal of increasing revenue for the Foundation and improving specific Direct Response program margins.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree required
Skills/Experience:
- 5-7 years experience
- Project management experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Progressively responsible experience
