The Manager, Data Systems & Digital Giving provides management and technical support for fundraising campaigns processed through online giving portals. Supporting online campaigns involves building the annual workplace giving portals, aligning portal branding and messaging with marketing, ensuring the accuracy of the processing of gifts and opportunities through online giving tools, running reports and supporting the data needs of the employer campaign coordinators and providing training to stakeholders in workplace giving portals. The position also works extensively with donor data; leading data integrity efforts, conducting data manipulation and analysis and creating reports and advanced finds to support campaign analysis. As our United Way explores opportunities with Sales Force CRM and Sales Force Philanthropy Cloud this position will play a vital role on the exploratory and implementation teams.
- 5 Plus years of professional work experience in a range of the following: ecommerce, data analytics, business information systems, technology administration, CRM and data systems. Education will be considered in lieu of experience.
- Proven experience providing technical support to build and sustain relationships with donors or customers,
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce and data analytic/report writing skills from CRM data sets,
- Advanced technical skill in data scrubbing, manipulation and analysis via a range of common tools,
- Intermediate to advanced skill in web page design through content management software,
- Understanding of and commitment to the mission, vision, and goals of United Way,
- Staff members who drive a vehicle on UWGLV business must provide proof of a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
