The internship opportunities are open to current students or recent graduates of a college program. The intern is expected to demonstrate a keen interest in nonprofits, as well as interest in a field of study related to the position. 

The Customer Response Team is tasked with delivering a world-class experience for new Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud customers. We focus on the implementation, planning and execution of Philanthropy Cloud. We seek an entrepreneurial person with interest in developing new pathways for end-users to experience this new, quickly evolving technology. 

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Assist in the research and management of new products that are in development  
  • Research & analyze trends and new products for specific user personas to increase engagement on Philanthropy Cloud    
  • Build and curate content recommendations for specific user personas 
  • Stay up to date on content trends to provide best practice recommendations that increase participation 
  • Assist with other projects as needed 
Educational Background: 
Educational or real work experience in digital marketing and/or product development  
Skills/Experience: 
  • Possess stellar written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong research, forecasting and analysis skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite  
  • Experience with SalesForce, a plus 
  • Strong teamwork skills to see a project to completion
