As the Business Development Manager you will work in partnership with UWW and Salesforce. Will collaborate with a stable of LUWs to achieve sales goals, new partnerships with Salesforce. The Business Development professional is an experienced SaaS Business Development professional and will have a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals with enterprise solutions.
Areas of Responsibility:
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below at a satisfactory level:
- Understand and communicate sales strategy
- Understand, communicate and manage sales goals with local United Ways
- Achieve new business sales goals
- Drive adoption of sales tools including CRM, Sales Enablement Platform, Competitive Intelligence
- Share best practices and sales tactics to accelerate goal achievement
- Other duties as assigned.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least five years of progressive experience in a similar role, and at least three to five years of experience in a leadership role.
Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years selling SaaS/Enterprise solutions
- Proven collaboration skills in a fast-paced and evolving workplace
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals
- Understanding of corporate social responsibility landscape and trends
- Solid presentation and technology skills
- Cross functional team player
- Inspired by mission based value proposition
- 50%+ travel, (ability to speak another language in addition to English. French)
