This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of enterprise-wide corporate partnerships and the Corporate Relations Operating Group—a collaborative of 12 major market United Ways working together to provide business value to 15-30 top corporate partners—including but not limited to: regular communications with multiple stakeholder groups, developing network-wide trainings and scaling opportunities, tracking progress, and overall coordination and logistical functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF POSITION:
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below at a satisfactory level:
- Overall Coordination and project assistance: Manage high-level projects to support overall short- and long-term goals of CROG: defining, planning, and delivering a given set of strategic initiatives to include the CROG staff roster, company influencer list and other data points, calendar items, and expenses for the team; Drive transformational change across the 12 CROG markets; Closely collaborate with CROG UWW staff (EVP, Director, Account Leads) and support other daily functions/ logistics as needed
- Serve as a liaison to stakeholder groups; Manage United Way Online private groups; write reports, including CEO and staff quarterly updates and suggested next steps; update documents, take notes, and draft email messages; create materials to communicate with all UW sub-teams and the network about CROG (one-pagers, power points, company specific brochures, case studies, etc.)
- Training and capacity building: Provide assistance in designing and implementing relationship management and sales tools and trainings, capturing key learnings to update strategy on how to implement CROG-like activities locally; help align training opportunities like RD 101, FFIS, CLC, etc. and provide logistical support on other ad hoc needs as they arise
- Support CROG Scaling: Help track cross-market corporate connections and prepare supporting materials for key initiatives and expansion plans as the CROG model grows exponentially, serve on cross-functional teams in order to deliver quality results toward outlined goals
- Performance management and tracking progress: Evaluate the success of year 1 and 2 through a dashboard of metrics to show how CROG markets are performing and driving revenue, impact, and donor growth
- Other duties as assigned
Customer support, project management, and event management experience strongly preferred.
