Join a group of high-achieving professionals and become part of the driving force behind continuing medical education opportunities for PAs! The CME Grant Development Manager will be responsible for independent medical education grant development to support a variety of educational programming that contribute to the strategies and objectives of AAPA.

Areas of Responsibility: 

You will have the opportunity to:    

  • Author grants, track results, and see first-hand the impact of your work
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team while owning and managing independent projects
  • Streamline processes, maintain records, and cultivate grantor relationships
  • Interface with the greater AAPA community and cooperate across departments

This will be a rewarding environment for someone with superb attention to detail and follow-through. The successful candidate will be passionate about achieving results and identifying opportunities for AAPA and our members.

Someone who sustains long-term success in this role, and establishes the desire and capacity to grow at AAPA, will have the opportunity to develop into an orchestrator of the full suite of grants at AAPA. This would involve coordinating all grant efforts across the organization, identifying and managing larger initiative grants, and ultimately becoming the leader of the grant strategy team.

Educational Background: 
4 year degree
Skills/Experience: 
  • 3 years experience in grant writing
  • Extensive experience navigating dynamic online grant submission systems
  • CME experience is preferred
