United Way of Southwest Virginia (UWSWVA) seeks a Youth Success Coordinator to develop, plan, implement and coordinate the Ignite program.  

The Youth Success Coordinator will work collaboratively with school systems and site administrators, the regional workforce development systems, employers and community businesses to develop partnerships leading to expanded learning opportunities for all students and leading them to meaningful career opportunities. The successful candidate must have experience with local educational systems and employers; be able to collaborate and think strategically; communicate dynamically; and work both independently and as a strong team player. 

Educational Background: 
Bachelor's Degree from accredited four-year college or university preferred; and three years related experience and/or training.
