United Way of Southwest Virginia (UWSWVA) seeks a Virginia Infant and Toddler Technical Assistance Specialist (Western Region) to develop relationships, market VA Infant & Toddler Specialist Network (VA ITSN) services, recruit providers, provide training and technical assistance and evaluate impact within the region to increase the capacity of early care and education programs (center and family day home). As part of both UWSWVA's Childhood Success team and Child Development Resources VA ITSN program, the successful candidate must be a relationship-focused, self-starter with excellent communication skills and excited to travel frequently across southwest Virginia, with occasional overnight statewide travel.
