Reporting to the Director of Childhood and Youth Success, the Manager of Childhood Success will manage, coordinate and deliver United Way of Southwest Virginia’s (UWSWVA) childhood strategy with community partners. The Manager of Childhood Success supervises the Childhood Success team, including coordinators and specialists. The Manager of Childhood Success supports other educational initiatives as determined by availability of funding and guidance from the Director of Childhood and Youth Success in support of the Childhood Success Department at UWSWVA.
Childhood Success Program Service Area: Bland, Buchanan, Carroll, Dickenson, Floyd, Giles, Grayson, Lee, Montgomery, Pulaski, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise, Wythe Counties and the Cities of Bristol, Galax, Norton, and Radford.
