  • Facilitate the Child and Family team process employing all elements of High Fidelity Wraparound.   Coordinating the child and Family Team and all service resources.   
  • Present Family plans to the Community Wrap team.  
  • Strong collaboration and partnering with community agencies and resources.  
  • After hours on call and response.  
  • Participate in training and all advancement activities for NC Wraparound.
Educational Background: 
Master in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Skills/Experience: 
  • License, or Provisional License preferred.
  • Direct experience working with Children and Families in community based setting.
  • Valid NC driver’s license
