Basic Responsibilities:

• Paraprofessional will include the individual in community outings. • Aid with independent living skills. • Work with individual to be as independent as possible within their environment. • Expect to transport individuals in the community to participate in activities. • Hours vary, serval openings in area.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution required. • Must have a valid, unrestricted state appropriate driver’s license. • At least one year of experience with DD population preferred • Must have an acceptable criminal, HealthCare Registry and driving record. • Hours will vary depending on the individual’s schedule. • MUST BE AVAILABLE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.
