Summary:Easterseals Intellectual Disability Services program in our Dover Location is seeking an Employment Specialist to explore, identify and develop employment opportunities, in conjunction with individual job seekers.
Basic Responsibilities:This includes coordination of assessment, placement, job coaching and ongoing assistance for individuals in the Supported Employment program.
Qualifications:The position requires good writing and case management skills, the ability to work and think independently, knowledge of employment/disability issues and experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities.
Additional Notes:This is a full-time exempt position with benefits. Candidate must be flexible and a team player with a good driving record. Bachelor’s degree preferred, previous experience also considered.Job Function:
