Summary:Easterseals, a growth-oriented non-profit organization, is conducting a search for a Director of Individual Giving (Major Gifts).
Basic Responsibilities:This position is responsible for the strategic expansion of individual giving to the annual fund with a primary focus of establishing and growing a major gifts program.
Qualifications:include a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in obtaining major gifts. Knowledge of donor-centered fundraising techniques, with a focus on prospect stewardship, cultivation and solicitation. Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and excellent time management.
