AACI is looking for an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist to manage the Quality Improvement Program in our Behavioral Health Department.

AACI is looking for an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist to manage the Quality Improvement Program in our Behavioral Health Department. The QI Manager responsible for the day to day activities of the Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Department and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory and accreditation agencies including overseeing training if the electronic health records, credentialing, and audit support.

Required Qualifications:

 

• LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, LPCC or License eligible in the behavioral health sciences.

• One year or more of supervisory and managerial experience.

• Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and apply complex compliance and regulation guidelines

• Experience with quality improvement processes and/or compliance.

• Experience with reporting systems, practices pertaining to quality improvement and program evaluation, and electronic health records.
