Community Relations Coordinator

We are seeking an entrepreneurial fundraising professional who enjoys front-line relationship building, soliciting, developing. The candidate will be savvy in securing in-person appointments, public speaking engagements, and in articulating the vision, mission, goals, and case for support for United Way of Southwest Virginia. The candidate will also have demonstrated abilities in lead generation and follow through, networking, and in presenting the right product to the right person at the right time through the development of individual solutions based on donor needs. The candidate will be a high activity professional with a “roll up the sleeves” mentality and a can-do attitude paired with great relationship development and closing skills.
