Easter Seals Hawaii has been providing services to infants, children and adults with disabilities and other special needs, and support to their families since 1946. We are a growing CARF Accredited Non-profit celebrating over 65 years in Hawaii.

The Easter Seals Hawaii ABA/VB/AUT program is a unique opportunity to work in a structured ABA/VB-based clinic. The program is currently hiring for the position of Behavior Technician/Therapist. This position provides direct intervention services to children diagnosed with Autism and other related developmental disabilities. Position is under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor/Behavior Analyst.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
• Training in behavioral supports
• Six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working directly with children/adolescents with Autism in an ABA program and in a structured setting
• Determination of position will depend on the level of training, proficiency and program experience with specific teaching procedures of ITT and NET.
