Basic Responsibilities: • Responsible for implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs utilizing ABA principles, as designed by the BCBA. • Implements programming in one on one or group settings. • Collects and records data to track client behavior throughout intervention sessions, according to the guidelines provided by their clinical supervisor. • Completes required paperwork including, but not limited to, daily clinical notes and behavior tracking sheets. • Submits required paperwork in a timely manner. • Organizes and creates instructional materials. • Participates in training related to applied behavior analysis and autism, in order to ensure delivery of the highest quality of care to each individual served. • Attends supervision meetings with case supervisor, on a monthly (at minimum) or as-needed basis. • Works collaboratively and demonstrates a professional attitude with clinical team members including; Supervisor, RBT, parents and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care for the individual. • Is receptive and responsive to supervision and feedback regarding job performance, from both supervisors and families. • Is punctual and reliable, showing up on time for each scheduled session. • Communicates and receives authorization from the supervisor for shift changes or time off. • Provides transportation to the participant as applicable to defined goals/outcomes. • Follows all ESUCP procedures as appropriate to position Qualifications: • Applicants must be 18 years or older • High School diploma or national equivalent from an appropriately accredited institution is required; college degree is preferred. • Preferred experience in Education, Child Development, Psychology or Applied Behaviour Analysis. • Registered Behaviour Technician certification is not required however highly preferred. If not already RBT certified, the appropriate training necessary to obtain this certification will be provided at the start of your employment. • Proven experience working with individuals with autism and their families • Strong organization and time management skills • Ability to work with staff, participants and the public in a professional and concerned manner • Must possess unrestricted, state appropriate driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.Job Function:
