United Way of the Plains (Wichita, KS) is currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate professional to join our resource development team as a full-time Relationship Manager (Public Speaking and SALES).
Resource Development is fundraising. We need aggressive individuals with a strong SALES background. This position will develop and cultivate relationships with business leaders, employees, and affinity groups across the community to help raise funds that will support the mission of our organization.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree
Skills/Experience:
- Qualified candidates must have a SALES background and enjoy growing an established list of United Way business supporters and calling on non-active businesses with the specific purpose of starting workplace campaigns and securing other resources.
- Qualified Candidates must have previous SALES experience, be self-starters, enjoy selling, enjoy cold calls, have excellent communication and presentation skills, along with being able to demonstrate a high level of energy, be a closer, have a can do spirit and a commitment to achieving individual and team goals.
