The Development Manager is a key member of the Resource Development team and works to achieve annual revenue and engagement goals through year-round partnerships with companies and workplace employees. The position will manage a team of staff and volunteers, as well as serve as the lead staff on a portfolio of company accounts. Working with senior leadership, the Development Manager will develop and implement a fundraising plan with an annual resource development goal of $2+ million. The Development Manager will collaborate with colleagues, donors, and volunteers to inspire people to come together to make a lasting difference in our community.
The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with a high functioning team experienced in creating mutually beneficial partnerships and passionate about helping people in need and promoting community philanthropy.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven success in fundraising, events, sales communications, volunteer management or office management.
Salary: $31,000 to $40,000 per year
