The Fundraising Operations Manager will manage functional aspects of fundraising results and reporting including regular fundraising report preparation and validation, managing metrics/leading indicators of progress, and driving the team to ensure operational compliance.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage fundraising reporting on a daily basis, maintaining accurate data, updating corporate contact data and donor detail information, and monitor projections and audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Generate weekly fundraising status reports including: fundraising dashboards, top 50, sponsorship/initiative tracking, leading indicator metrics, over/under report, etc.
- Work closely with Pledge Processing as necessary to ensure processed accounts reflect audit paper work and envelopes are completed correctly including staff training.
- Help the Direct Market Associate investigate campaign results that have not arrived through the local campaign manager or United Way online.
- Effectively manage campaign associate accounts following the completion of the program.
- Work closely with Global Corporate Leaders team to validate results and check for accuracy of high value third party process results (3PP).
- Work closely with Donor Services to monitor EDF progress for 3PP and ePledge results.
Educational Background:
Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree a plus

- Ability to plan strategically, set priorities, multi-task, plan work, design approaches, and close commitments
- Ability to manage a team to set and reach specific goals
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to create meaningful relationships (inside and outside of UWGA)
- Ability to analyze numbers for discovery and planning purposes & maintain CRM records.
- Strong teambuilding and partnership skills
- Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Able to retain and grow donor base
- Use of personal vehicle required
