The Director of Resource Development and Marketing is outward facing, results-oriented, high energy and inspiring. They are responsible for establishing and implementing comprehensive marketing and resource development plans. They will develop and coordinate long-range strategic fundraising and marketing plans to build the United Way brand and income; manage the volunteer-driven, donor-oriented fundraising program that generates financial resources necessary to enhance the organization’s ability to meet its mission of impact; utilize strategic communication and marketing tools; and provide purposeful coordination of fundraising, marketing and communication efforts.
