Serves as Program Manager for Talent Strategy’s HR programs and services.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Manages the following HR Programs and services, including regular collaboration and interface with other global headquarters departments (including finance, IT, facilities, legal, internal audit, research, field operations) and talent strategy functions (attraction, HR, infrastructure process team) in program execution:
- Relocation
- Milestone Service Program
- Rewards & Recognition Program
- Home Based Worker & other Alternative Work Arrangement Programs
- Sponsorship of Foreign Nationals
- Serves as team lead for LOA administration: prepares weekly audit, resolves discrepancies by working through HRAs, CIGNA or payroll, recommends and coordinates implementation of program content or process changes.
- Manages vendor relationships for programs managed, including serving as liaison between the vendor and other departments, monitoring service provided, refining service deliverables as appropriate. Audits and approves related invoices.
- Ensures overall program compliance, and ensures timely and accurate export of data to vendors and internal ACS clients to support program administration.
- Researches, recommends, and implements best practices in programs managed.
- Identifies and updates the Process Team re: new and updated federal and state mandated regulations for pre-boarding and separation forms an reporting on an annual basis.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field or equivalent experience.
Skills/Experience:
- 5 years experience in human resources with accountability for employee program delivery, preferably in 3 or more the programs for which this position is responsible.
- Knowledge and understanding of human resources programs, policies, and procedures
