Dupont Circle Village (DCV), Washington DC is seeking a part-time Operations Manager (OM)
Organization Overview: Dupont Circle Village connects nearly 300 members with one another to continue engaged and meaningful lives. We support our members with a volunteer pool, social and educational opportunities, health care support systems, member-recommended service providers, and partnerships with local agencies, groups and businesses. DCV is one of 13 senior Villages in Washington DC and part of the growing National Village movement. DCV members are residents of the Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan and Kalorama neighborhoods in northwest Washington DC.

Position Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:
Technology
- Maintain the donor database with cross-checks, adding new members and program registrants by category; extract member and donor lists for mailings, generate thank you letters and grant requirement reports; process monies received and run reports on outstanding fees, current members, membership categories, and other periodic reports.
- Process, enter, and deposit all checks – membership, events, and donations.
- Maintain the DCV website by updating the monthly online calendar and setting reminders for members registering for programs and events.
- Tech support for various DCV Committees and Special Events – (Membership and Activities, CelebSalon and Gala Committees)
- Setting up Zoom programming.
- Set up and manage the online Gala Auction
- Maintain and update both DCV listservs.
Administrative
- Maintain the office calendar for events.
- Contribute to the DCV newsletter with a monthly article.
- Update the member directory.
- Input member birthdays into c an online ecard site
- Send out monthly invitations to birthday celebrants.
- Attend committee meetings as warranted.

The Operations Manager position is a part-time staff position. The OM works 25 hours a week, Monday-Friday, including occasional weekend and evening work. We value work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule as needed. The position reports to the Executive Director. The salary range for the position is $32,000-$35,000, depending on experience.
