Spring Human Resources Talent Acquisition Intern

The Human Resources Talent Acquisition Intern will work within our Recruitment operations team, focusing on the work necessary to attract and hire the best and brightest talent available to further our work for children and their families.  This role will cover the entire recruitment process, from defining the business need for talent, to developing job descriptions, posting and marketing the opportunities, interviewing and selecting talent, and onboarding new hires into the Agency.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Learning and working within our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to facilitate and manage our recruitment and employment process.
  • Update our process documentation to reflect best practices and new developments within Agency and Divisional requirements
  • Identify opportunities for recruitment advertising within social media and other outlets to enhance our recruitment strategy
  • Assist recruiting staff in support of ongoing sourcing and interviewing needs
Skills/Experience: 
  • Must be an actively enrolled undergraduate student or have graduated within 6 months of start date
  • Possess strong written skills, solid interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Currently eligible to work in the U.S.
