PSI is seeking a Temporary HR Generalist to support the team for the next 3-6 months by project managing a variety of learning and onboarding programs, providing surge support on employee relations/investigations and supporting special projects such as preparing metrics/reports & decks, researching/analyzing data and much more!

Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field required. HR Certification(s) strongly preferred.

The basics:

  • At least 5 years of HR generalist experience across a wide range of disciplines from employee relations, diversity, performance management, compensation, HR operations; preference for candidates with experience working within international teams.
  • Demonstrated project management experience in supporting employee-related investigations.
  • Fluency in French or Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems through innovative HR solutions and initiate enhancements through technology, research, and networking skills among organizational teams and professional organizations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.  N.B. PSI will not consider work visa sponsorship for this position.
  • References will be required.
  • The succesfull candidate will be required to pass a background check.
